Link with UK Schools
On the 8th of June 2006 our school was linked with Kings Norton Girls School in Birmingham, UK. In the program called 'Schools Mass Participation' project, orgaized by the British council with British Youth trust.
Feeding Scheme C
Started in July 2006 sponsored by Nouwens Carpets and Maluti Child Care, it feeds about 120 needy children per day.

Orientation Seminar was held on the 25-27th of August 2006 at Kopanong Conference Centre, Johannesburg.

On the 11th of August 2006, The Lead Teacher, Rosemary Smith visted Harrismith Secondary School.

On the 15th of October 2006, the Principal from King Norton, Mr. Pat Beanland visited Harrismith Secondary School with two learners.

On the 28th of October 2006 Mr. P.Z Mlangeni and Mr. M.L Mphuthi visted Kings Norton.

From the 24 of September to the 9th of October 2009 Mr. D.S Molaba, Mrs MP Khanye, Mrs ZE Mphuti and 8 learns visted Kings Norton, Birmingham, UK.

From the 1st of January till 31st of December 2008, Mr. Anthony Gray was at Harrismith Secondary School assisting with Life Sciences.

From the 19th to the 29th of July 2009 Mr. Gray Felton, Julie Feltone, Sizan Snichling and Jill Winter visited Harrismith Secondary School.

In 2009 Mr. Anthony Gray, Ms. Jenny Fern and Mr. Ian Appleby staged a musical play called Mikado.

From the 13th to the 19th of March 2010, Mr. M.L Mputhi, and Ms N.W. Moloi went to London for International Inspiration.

In 2010 the school staged Grease.

From the 18th to the 23rd of July 2012, Mrs. Helen Skilton visited Harrismith Secondary School to establish the link with Bablake School, Coventry, UK.
